2. Products & Availability

We strive to ensure that all product information, pricing, and availability are accurate.

In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel or amend orders if necessary.

Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight variations may occur.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) for South Africa and Namibia.

Payment must be made in full at checkout using the available payment methods.

We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

South Africa: Standard delivery (2–5 working days, R99), Express delivery (1–2 working days in major cities, R199), Free delivery on orders over R1,000. Tracking details are provided.

Namibia: Base delivery fee of N$650, delivery within 5–7 working days via private shipping. Tracking is not available.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.

Refunds are for the product cost only and exclude courier fees.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days after the returned item is received in good order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

All items are quality‑checked before dispatch.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will replace or refund it at no additional cost. Please contact us immediately to arrange this.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is our property and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit once handed over to the courier.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.

Sourcing Fees

Our pricing is simple and transparent:

  • Johannesburg (includes travel): R350 flat rate
  • Namibia: R650 flat rate (negotiable depending on request)

Product costs, delivery, and any additional requirements will be quoted separately.
